Homemade empanadas

However, in the meantime, I’d just like to state that I’m pretty proud my own homemade empanadas would hold up really well compared to the best around:

All that’s missing is a juke box blasting Mariachi music. Looking forward to reading your review, and happy that the research phase is completed. this type of dining is not consistent with my new year’s resolution.

Did you try MED empanadas in Briarcliff..
I think they are the best empanadas in Westchester…But yours look good.
Enjoyed your report on best empanadas in Westchester. You should check out Salsa Latin Eatery at 3635 Hill Blvd.in Jefferson Valley, NY. They have great beef empanadas (pastelillos).
Chris, thanks for the tip. I’m often in Somers, so it’s not too much out of the way to head to Jefferson Valley. I’ll have to give them a try…
Any other good places in that neck of the woods worth trying?
