I went big with 2 of the days unique specials: a cow-feet tostada and a pig-belly taco. Plus a carnitas taco. The tostada and the carnitas taco were outstanding. The hot sauce was delicious as well, though I forget the name of it.

I’ll definitely be making the drive when I can in the future. This was a mecca worth the pilgrimage.
